Nursing and Midwifery Unit

The Department of General Nursing and Midwifery is the Department with the highest number of admitted patients at Nyamata District Hospital. It has registered midwives, registered nurses, intern doctors, general practitioners, and 2 obstetricians and gynecologists Specialists. The department has (53) beds, a theater room for cesarean sections and gynecological surgeries, and one ultrasound machine for inpatients and outpatients.
